1) YOU will always be the most important person in my car!
2) You will always be given the correct advice and information and it will always adhere to the Official Highway Code and the Driving Standards Agency driving manual
3) I will always turn up for your lesson
4) I will always be on time (unless traffic hold ups occur, this will not be deducted from your lesson time but will be added on or given to you at your convenience)
5) I will NEVER use my phone on your driving lesson (because it is ILLEGAL and - read number 1 again)
6) I will never eat in the car on your lesson
7) My car is a SMOKE FREE zone (I do accommodate smokers with a smoke break, outside the vehicle, if they wish)
8) My car will always be clean inside and out
9) You will be picked up and dropped off wherever you choose (provided it has been arranged before hand )
10) All lessons are on a one to one basis and you will ALWAYS get the full hour/s that you have paid for
